I need a Swiss bank account offshore that allows the minimum balance zero. It should have provided Internet banking. It should be possible to open an account by mail itself. If you can provide the function carnet of cheques will be nice but not mandatory. Can someone suggest the address of the Web site of such a bank in Switzerland? Thank you
